Before You Call Dispatch
How far in advance do I need to schedule my pump? +
For guaranteed availability, particularly for large 47-meter booms, we recommend booking 48 to 72 hours in advance. However, construction is unpredictable. If a pour gets pushed or you have an emergency cancellation from another provider, call us immediately. We often have same-day gap availability in Duval and St. Johns counties.
Do you coordinate directly with my ready-mix supplier? +
Yes. Once your pour is locked into our dispatch board, our operators will communicate with your chosen plant (Cemex, Argos, Vulcan, etc.) regarding truck spacing and slump requirements (typically a consistent 4" to 6"). We work to ensure steady yardage output and prevent costly waiting-time penalties.
What happens if my job gets rained out? +
Florida weather changes rapidly. If you need to cancel or delay due to severe rain, please notify dispatch at least 2 hours before the equipment leaves the yard to avoid a show-up fee. We will prioritize rescheduling your slab for the next available weather window.
