These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://concretepumpingjacksonville.com (the "Site"), operated by Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co., and by browsing the Site, submitting a form, or calling a number listed on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co. coordinates concrete pumping dispatch across our service area. Equipment is operated by independent, third-party, locally-licensed and insured concrete pumping operators rather than by Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co. directly. We do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee any concrete placement, pumping, or construction-related work performed on your jobsite.

The Site is used to coordinate dispatch by routing customer inquiries to independent, third-party, locally-owned, licensed, and insured concrete pumping operators ("Service Providers") in Northeast Florida. When you submit a request through this Site, your information is forwarded to the Service Provider assigned to your jobsite, who will contact you directly to discuss, quote, schedule, and perform the requested work. Any contract for services is between you and the Service Provider directly — Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co. is not a party to that transaction.

Because all concrete pumping work is performed exclusively by independent Service Providers, Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding: the availability, quality, timeliness, workmanship, safety, or pricing of any service performed; the licensing, insurance, or certification status of any Service Provider (although we make reasonable efforts to refer licensed and insured operators); or the accuracy of any quote, estimate, or completion timeline communicated by a Service Provider.

Any dispute regarding the performance, pricing, scheduling, or quality of concrete pumping work must be resolved directly between you and the Service Provider who performed the work.

Any pricing, rate ranges, or job-minimum figures displayed on this Site (including on pages describing hourly minimums, per-yard fees, or equipment rates) are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote, offer, or guarantee of price. Final pricing is determined solely by the Service Provider based on jobsite conditions, equipment required, yardage, travel distance, and other factors, and will be communicated to you directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to: your use of the Site; any service performed, delayed, cancelled, or improperly performed by a Service Provider; any property damage, personal injury, equipment malfunction, or scheduling conflict arising from a Service Provider's work; or any communication, quote, or representation made by a Service Provider.

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Site or a referred Service Provider is to discontinue use of the Site and/or address the matter directly with the Service Provider involved.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your engagement with any referred Service Provider, or your violation of these Terms.

You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent, or spam inquiries through the Site's forms; attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, security, or availability; or scrape, copy, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

All text, graphics, logos, and design elements on the Site are the property of Jacksonville Concrete Pumping Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site for its intended personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Service Provider or supplier sites) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
